How to claim
Purchase a RICOH fi-8040, fi-8150, fi-8170, fi-7460 or fi-7480 between 1st November 2024 and 31st March 2025.
Make your claim. Visit the Promotion Website to upload your fi Series scanner invoice and input your name, company name, address, country** and serial number.
The claim is then validated by claim period (within 30 days from purchase), serial number and participating countries.**
Once the claim is processed, you will be sent an email stating that their claim has been approved or rejected based on the criteria in the Terms & Conditions.
Within 7 days of a claim being approved, you will receive another email containing details of the updated warranty entitlement.
