The Panasonic KV-S1046C is an analogue tachograph chart scanner designed specifically for scanning high quality images of your tachograph charts, used in the transport industry.
It has a quick scan-speed of 45 pages per minute and an A4 automatic document feeder (ADF) capacity of 75 sheets, meaning that you can efficiently scan a range of documents, as well as tachographs, through the KV-S1046C.
In addition, the Tachograph Chart Scanner comes bundled with useful OCR (Optical Character Recogntion) software, meaning that text scanned from a document will be recognised and acquired as an OCR result, which is then used to create the file name other pieces of searchable information.
Please Note: This scanner requires a software plug-in before it can scan tachographs successfully. This software suite can be supplied by The Scanner Shop and is included in the price. Please also note that the scanner will not function as a regular document scanner once the tachograph extension is installed and will only recognise tachograph charts.
